We require one hourly rate to book your date. It is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule your date. Otherwise it'll come off your total at the end of the move or delivery.

All payments are due at the end of the move in FULL.

We do not accept personal checks. 

If for any reason we need us to hold your household goods in our truck overnight there will be an additional $350 added to the bill. (IE: closing didn't finish in time; don't have keys to the new location. We will NOT hold it for more than 1 overnight. We will secure the truck. We do not take responsibility for any loss or stolen items when held overnight.
