My brother and his fiance have used Ortiz Transport a couple of times now and have loved the experience. When it came time for me to move on short notice this past weekend, I reached out to Ortiz.

I messaged on Sunday, response time was fast, and was booked to move in 6 days on Saturday. I'd recently lost everything in a house fire and did not think I'd acquired that much in a short period of time. It's amazing how quickly household items add up! I'd messaged to let them know I had more than I thought and the response was "Ok, no problem"!

They were awesome. Took extra care and consideration of how my furniture got loaded so nothing got damaged. Dropped a full load off at my new apartment and even went to my brother's house to pick up his old sofa for me. It got pretty humid as the day wore on but these guys were professional, personable, and kept up the hustle despite the humidity. The entire move was smooth, fast, and efficient. Will definitely use these guys again when my family moves once the new house gets settled. Totally worth saving up for professionals and bonus, these guys are a small business. I'm never moving my own stuff again! Thanks guys!

Just moved into my new home thanks to these guys! They are amazing. Cannot recommend them enough. They took care of my belongings and made sure everything went exactly where I wanted it. I was also able to pay with a debit card which was another huge plus. Easily the best movers in upstate NY. Thanks a lot guys!!

Recently moved and hired Ortiz Transport to relocate my washer and dryer. Recieved a very quick response when I originally inquired. Moving day was quick and efficient and the team was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Ortiz Transport !

These guys are hands down the BEST movers I've ever hired (and we move a LOT).

Joe responded immediately to my last minute inquiry, quoted me the lowest rate of all 3 movers I'd contacted, came all the way from Cohoes to Saratoga to help me, and was incredibly* accommodating. I had to change the transport time twice, and he immediately got back to me with a "No problem at all".

They showed up early with smiles on their faces, and didn't gripe once about the insanely heavy king size mattress set we needed moved from one house to another (and* up a flight of stairs). They were courteous of our home and cared about not doing any damage to it while moving the monster mattress upstairs.

I would absolutely recommend Joe and his brother for anything you need moved, big or small, and in pretty much any area. I promise, you won't get a better deal or a better set of down-to-earth guys to help you move.

This company was highly recommended by one of my long time friends. Since we had just made a new furniture purchase, we needed someone to pick it up and deliver it to our house, as the store we bought it from had no delivery service. We were also asked to please pick it up as soon as possible, as they needed it gone to make room for other merchandise. Because of the recommendation, we called Ortiz and asked if they could, possibly, pick up and deliver the items. The lady we spoke to on the phone was super friendly and helpful, and said she would call the truck and see if it could be done. About 30 minutes later, she called back and said they would fit us into their schedule and it could be done THAT DAY!!! The truck arrived on time for the pick up, and about 30 minutes later, they were at our door with the delivery. Two, incredibly friendly....and strong..... gentlemen brought our items into the house, even making sure that their shoes were clean as possible. They brought the items up the stairs, and even set them up for us. We also had something that had to be carted away and they took them and delivered them to another location the following morning. Very reasonable, very friendly, and most of all, very thorough!! If you need anything moved or delivered,I strongly suggest you call Ortiz Transport to do your work. I am so glad we now have someone we can call in the future and know that we will be treated fairly and have the work done right!!!
